Staffing agency solutions: Managed Services Providers (MSP)

On this week’s All-Member call, LeadingAge Ohio members learned about Managed Services Providers (MSPs), a mechanism for providers to collectively negotiate quality standards and payment rates across multiple staffing agencies. LeadingAge Ohio is currently considering whether it should pursue establishing an MSP for post-acute providers, and encourages interested members to listen to the all-member call and reach out to Susan Wallace at swallace@leadingageohio.org if interested in learning more.
